01 / The problem
The problem
The Poultry Research and Training Centre at Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU) tests samples for clients. Sample details, results and reports were kept manually, so clients waited longer for reports and it was hard to show who did what. Reports also needed a way to be checked as genuine, for example when they are used for customs clearance.

Team Lead. I led the team and designed the workflow and modules, from client registration to report approval.
03 / The solution
The solution
A Lab Information Management System (LIMS) with a client portal. Clients register, submit samples and follow their status online. Lab staff record sample collection, enter and process results, and send reports through an approval step before they are released. Every action is kept in an audit trail. A public Report Verification page lets anyone holding a report check that it was issued by the lab. Notices and a user guide are published on the portal.

The result
Clients get their reports online with real-time status and faster turnaround. Each released report can be verified on the site, and every step is recorded for compliance and quality control.
